Abigail, a librarian at the New York Public Library, surprises Nathaniel. Smarts, heart, innocence and a natural submissive who instinctually puts her trust in him, was more than he had hoped for and it does not take long for him to put his collar on her. But soon the exclusively weekends arrangement are not sufficient for Nathaniel anymore and as he is allowing himself to feel more, he is loosening the restrictions he has put on the relationship.......and himself. But can he take that final step and trust Abigail with the truth?

I absolutely love the male perspective!! It really sold this story to me. The inner dialogue, the reasoning, the fears, all the while tightly controlling the exterior is fascinating. 

I had not read the first book, which is Abigail's perspective and I think I will, simply to get the full three-dimensional experience, but I have a feeling that the viewpoint of the dominant will stay my favourite, because I can finally see how this could really be the less powerful role.

For me.....An enlightening book!!!!
