I completely enjoyed Vi's MMA Fighter Series, so I was very excited to read THROB. I was not disappointed in any way. Strong characters with a writing style that pulls you in and holds you until the very last word.
Have you ever thought about what drives people to sign up
for reality shows?? Desperate for money, Kate decides she is willing to put her
life on hold to see if she can will the prize as a Bachelorette on THROB. She
is so loving and selfless as she proceeds to do this for her mom and bother. Finding
some sweet chemistry with the handsome rockstar Flynn she if feeling confident
about her choices. The last thing she expected to find was Cooper the hot shot
alpha owner of the Montgomery Production Company. The more she gets to know him
the more she likes his commanding, presence. Knowing she can’t get involved and
trying hard to focus on the show, she tries to distance herself from Cooper but
he is having none of it. Soon there is a noticeable shift in things on and off
the screen.
When Miles notices that Kate is pulling away he is worried
about his ratings. Finding a way to use secrets, lies and some added scripting
to bring his players back into the game. Who will come out the winner in the
end.
