Release Blitz - I KNEAD YOU TONIGHT by Teagan Hunter

I hate Drew Woods, and she hates me.

Even so, I’m not the cold jerk most make me out to be, and I have no problem moving the single mom and her baby into my home. I do, however, draw a line when it comes to acting on the way her loose lips make me feel.

Alive.

She’s too mouthy, too prying, and her curves are way too distracting.

I might have lost my way after a nearly fatal car accident, but I’m not stupid. Giving in to Drew would be a short-lived fix for this pain I’m saddled with, and I knead something permanent.

I’d be insane to think what we have could be anything other than temporary…right?

This series is so fun to read. I love the humor that Ms. Hunter brings us but that the subject matter is serious and can be difficult at the same time.

Drew is smart, fun and sassy but she is also very determined and stubborn as well. She has been dealt challenge after challenge in her life. She continues to meet them head on and not let those challenges beat her down. Wanting better for herself than she has experience thus far. She lucked out in finding Wren and her family. They have enveloped her in as one of their own. The love she has for her new bundle of joy is clearly seen in her determination to provide for him. She does struggle with asking for help and letting people give her things.

Winston has gotten himself a very bad rep by keeping to himself and not sharing with his family and friends what he is truly going through. He is letting fear hold him back from going after the things he wants in life. He just needs the right push to start working on the new improved him. When he opens his heart just a little and decided to give to Drew and help her out. Can he find his true self again?

There is a load of angst between Drew and Winston in their hate/like relationship. At points one might think they could never be together. But the more time they spend together you can see things shift in their relationship. Is Winston ready to step up and be there for them full time? Will Drew accept the help and love of her friends and Winston. Could they be just what each other needs to be their best and find their full potential?

I am loving this series and the characters. I wonder who will be next, Porter or Sully?

I'm a Missouri-raised gal, but currently live in North Carolina with my US Marine husband and 9-year-old dog. I spend my days begging him for a cat, and I survive off coffee, pizza, and sarcasm. When I'm not writing, you can find me binge-watching various TV shows, especially Supernatural and One Tree Hill. I like cold weather, buy more paperbacks than I'll ever read, and I never say no to brownies.

Writing is my passion, and this is just the beginning of my journey.
