Looking for a good romantic suspense with a little heat, then this is the book for you. I would say the BDSM is very mild so don't let that hold you back. Great character chemistry as these two have had incidental run in's on more than one occasion. Seems the time just might be right this time.

Kathryn is currently working as an Insurance Fraud Investigator and is following a pretty big case that might have my cases intertwined. She is looking for a bit of a change and is searching for some spark in her life. She finds herself looking over her shoulder and worried for her safety but no worries her new Dom is all over protecting her.

Jake has been watching Kathryn from afar since she put him back together all those years ago as a military nurse. The timing just hasn't been right. This might be the perfect opportunity to get to know her a little better. Can he be her Dom?

Will they find the connection they have both been looking for? Can he keep her safe while they find out who is after her?
