Natasha and Sam find themselves not only grieving the loss of a sister/best friend and her husband, but they are thrown into co-parenting a pair of super cute four year old twins. Trying to help the kids learn to cope with their loss and find a new normal. Tasha upends her life as she knew it to be available for them. Sam coming in and out when he can between work. Before they know it Sam has moved into the spare room and they are living as one.
Natasha has crushed on Sam from afar for most of her life. Being around Sam so much and sharing their grief seems to draw them closer together as they help each other. Sam never really looked at Tasha with that relationship eye being as they were so much younger. But the more time he spends with the beautiful woman the more he wonders if there could be a chance. This book has all the feels we have come to expect from Ms Proby in a quick easy read. A swoon worthy hero along side a beautiful heroine. A budding love that becomes the center of the world as they know it. It is great to see some old friends from the Cunningham Falls area for the Proby fans but for a new comer, they don't overpower the story. Giving you just enough intrigue to maybe go check out another series. Lots of new secondary characters to lead us to wanting more.
