This is book two in The Doctor Series but can easily be read as a standalone book. A fun easy read about starting over and digging deep to acheive your dreams, sometimes it can be so much better with someone by your side to cheer you along.
Zack is a very successfull doctor who is about to embark the adventures of a private practice. Rolling through the motions or at least making everyone think he is, renting the office space, hiring a receptionist but he hasn't done any of the other leg work. His mind has wandered to a dream he one had a long time ago. Finding some spare time on his hands he secretly working on an old book idea he has had.
Ellie is working hard to pick herself up from the disaster that once was her life. Finding herself single and jobless after managing her ex-boyfriends career for the past 10 years has been an eye opener. She is focused on working to save for her dreams, of school at the Cordon Blue and using her passion as a career. So long as this gig works out she will be there before she knows it.
Zack and Ellie are busy trying to hide the attraction they have towards each other. But when they find themselves stranded in a little cabin together, the hiding slowly disappears and they get to know each other. Explore the fun and when they return they are not ready to let go just yet. Can this unexpected turn in the relationship last or will the desire for dreams cut things short? Think I will go back and read book one, just to see how that all played out.
