Keeping 6

Cabin 12

EMT Bella Greene thinks Special Agent Jasper Greene is a narcissistic hotshot, and he, in turn, believes her to be a high maintenance snob. But the moment the first cop is gunned down, they’re forced to work side by side and amid corruption and murder, they quickly discover how misleading first impressions can be.

HWY 550

Investigating a string of robberies places Special Agent Luna Roosberg undercover and on the back of Arrow’s Edge MC President Ouray’s bike. He does not have much choice because with pressure both in- and outside the club mounting, he no longer knows who to trust. 5 Stars

This was a series re-read for me with the release of the box set and I am glad I took the time to reaquaint myself with these fabulous characters.

Keeping 6 - Real characters with flaws but outstanding strength at the same time. Witty banter, deep emotions and a strong family atmosphere bring in just the right mix of romance and suspense. The chemistry is strong from the very beginning with Kerry and Damian, but it is a precisioned dance as we watch the relationship grow.

Cabin 12 - From their first impressions of each other Bella thinks Jasper is a player and she is certainly not going there again. Jasper sees Bella as a pampered princess. When investigations start in town and Jasper finds himself keeping an eye on Bella, he quickly sees a whole different side to her and slowly we watch the dislike turn to something more. They have many ups and downs along they way, from Bella's worries of the past keeping her cautious to Jasper's feeling that he isn't enough and can't give her the things she really needs.

Hwy 550 - Bringing polar opposites together and giving us a connection with spark and sass. The chemistry that comes from Luna and Ouray sizzles hot but respectable with a level of maturity that comes with Freya's characters. A tangled storyline with MC clubs, stolen goods, vulnerabilities of the past and a desire to truly enjoy life. A young teen boy with a disability who desperately needs the love the this MC Family.

10 Code - Carefully plotted suspense that is all to close to home puts everyone on high alert. Thus putting Dylan into protect mode, and he is determined to include Marya and her boys under his care. Each piece of the investigation causing a little more aversion to their day to day life. Causing extra care when doing day to day activities everyone including the boys are feeling the kickback of the situation. Instead of two main characters to fall in love with, Ms. Barker brings us six that will hold your heart. Each boy sneaking in your heart with a different attribute and making it full of smiles.
