I just knew that Stone's book would be worth every bit of the weight. Strong and stoic Stone who has held his family together all these years. It just might be time for him to find his partner.
Stone is struggling a little bit now that all his siblings have found their love and life partners. This leaving Stone as the odd man out. Maybe it's time he looks for his own piece of happiness. When the one woman who has really caught his eye in the last decade, doesn't push for more, he's feeling a little lost. Until he shows up at Sylver 4th of July baseball game.
Taxi has kept herself at arms reach for her entire life. After loosing both her parents and feeling a bit like she was responsible for her little sisters. Thanks to the love from Aunt Trudy, they all managed to survive. Moving from place to place has been Taxi's thing for so many years she is not sure how to stay in one place. But with Aunt Trudy needing her, she is determined to try for her and Simon. It doesn't help that a certain hot sheriff is in town and getting under her skin.
It is sad when a good series ends, I am not sure I am done with this bunch but I can always re-read.
