Winning has always come naturally to Gus “ the Bus” Persson, the rookie defense man for the Suns. On or off the ice he is always on top of his game. He is intrigued by one of the Suns ice girls. She is beyond gorgeous, however no matter how hard he tries she wants nothing to do with him. This throws Gus off a little as he never has this problem with girls, normally they are throwing themselves at him. He is hoping his persistence will pay off.

Bo St.James has a long background in hockey and knows just how cocky the rookies can be. Her past experiences have made her stay away from men especially hockey players. When the new rookie take a shining to her she does her best to ignore him. This is hard when he is all anyone talks about. She had decided that she was going to hate all hockey players because of her past but somehow Gus was slowly breaking down her walls.

The chemistry between the two is undeniable. Decisions are made to have a casual relationship however that does not last long when both are developing feelings for each other. Is Gus “ the Bus “ Persson ready to settle down and can Bo finally put her past behind her and move on with this man?
