Eva and Levi have been the best for friends for so long. Always being that go to person for the other. So when tragedy strikes Eva obviously goes to Levi for support. But this time she has the biggest ask of all for him. A marriage of convenience to help her gain custody of her baby neice. Will Levi be willing to give up his non committed outgoing life to be there for his best friend?
Watching Levi and Eva go through the changes in their relationship if fun and enjoyable. The change happens quickly and Levi takes to this being a dad thing way better than anyone ever thought possible. He truly wants to be there for CiCi and Eva. Wants to make their lives easier. Suddenly all the travel that usually is part of his job isn't so appealing. Being home with his girls is his preferred choice.
Will Eva and Levi continue to tell each other the hard fast truth, like they always have? Will they take that step over the line from friends to more? Could it be this fake marriage turns into a love that has been blossoming for a long time and just needed a push to bloom?
Another wonderful engaging story with characters you can't help but fall in love with. You don't want the book to end as you aren't quite ready to be done. I am excited to see where Grace and Caine take us next.
