This is the 5th book in the Single in Seatle Series and fits the series to a T. Drew Montgomery finds himself stepping in to help his boss London Ambrosie without a second thought when he least expected it. As a result we get a wonderful office romance with a single mom and a guy who falls first and very hard for both mom and son.
Drew understood early on that his dreams of playing pro football was never going to happen. But being a good enough player to end up being a Pro Quartback coach at the age of 26 is pretty damn amazing. Now if he could just learn how to deal with the new team owner he would be golden. That is until he has a chance to actually get to know the woman.
London is a very busy business woman with a 10 year old son who she will do anything to protect. Even if it means taking crap from her employees if they think she is fluffing off her duties because she works reduced shifts in the office. Nobody knows all the pieces that make up her puzzle and all the things she has her hands in. When her father is determined to find her a significant other that fits his bill, she is furious.
Drew and London's story is everything we have come to expect from Ms. Proby and the Montgomery clan. A big overbearing family that just wants everyone to be happy. Drew couldn't be a better guy to step in and be a father figure to Caleb, he had the best teacher.
I can't wait for the next installment and to see what happens in Montana.
