I knew that Cash's story would be worth the wait. I was pulled in quickly as Cash discovers his high school best friend on his property with her 3 cute kiddos. Looking for him and needing his help.

Our recluse has spent too many years convincing himself he was worthy. So tainted that he would just darken anyone's door and bring harm to them. No matter how hard he fought to keep Daisy at arms length she kept slipping under his radar. And those kids... he never stood a chance.
