Another wonderful adventure in Sterling Falls with the Sylver family. This is Judd story and I have been patiently waiting for to learn more about him. Ms Dunbar did not disappoint at all. A second chance most would never thing possible. The history between Judd and Genie started when they were in early public school.

Both Judd and Genie are harboring long untold stories that have shaped their past. Parents who lost their partners and changed. Parents who took their pain out on their children, unfortunately. Thus causing them both to have skewed ideas on love and relationships. But something clicks easily between them. Could they find a their own kind of forever together? 

I love how the author brings these characters to life. The witty fun between them, the depth of the serious and they way they are their for each other. The family involvement, even though Judd has always seemed to keep his distance.

The narrators did a wonderful job of bring Judd and Genie to life. Bring the emotions out in the story and making you feel like part of the journey.
