This is book two in the series but can be read as a standalone without any issues. A great story about looking for your forever and finding it where you least expect it. Now the question is will Malia and Palmer be able to open their hearts and beleive in the feelings that you overwhelming them?

Malia is always talking about how she wants the happily ever after with a family and everything but she is having trouble finding her one. Of course her sisters have all managed and she is the only one that isn't attached yet at 32 years old. Determined to be able to have everything when she finds mister right, she is planning to freeze her eggs. She is a strong confident business woman but doesn't see some strong with her pesonal emotions.

Palmer might seem like he has the relationship and love thing all sorted out as the sucessful owner of the top wedding company in the state. He has made a career out of love and happlily ever after. He just isn't expecting it for himself. Sure he has had some relationships but he always seems to step back when the ladies want more than what they currently have. When he meets Malia, he is smitten very quickly but as they are working together he tries to hold back. In doing this he only pushes her futher away.

Will he be able to get her to give him a chance? Will she ever beleive his feelings are true as he says? Could she convince him that marriage and forever with a family might just be what he wants after all?

I did find this book a little slower than most of Ms Probst books I have read in the past. That being said, I did enjoy the story and the characters. Even the nosey side characters.
