Another adventure in Moose Village and it was like coming home. I love how Ms Elliott gives us these small towns and carries her characters throughout the series. A wonderful story full of humor, tears, and a love that blossoms just like Harpers flowers.

Declan is finally coming home and it a little excited at the fact he knows his brother and Harper are no longer dating. He has always liked Harper but the age difference was too much before he left for the Military. He is excited to be back home and starting this next chapter of his life.

Harper is happy in life, running the flower shop that was once her mothers. Living a simple life with her family and friends close by. She longs for a loving romantic connection but isn't seeing any prospects, until she finds out Declan his home.
