This is one angst filled best-friends sister, second chance story that will get your emotions running and not always in a good direction. I like the take charge alpha male just as much as the next guy but they can be all that without being a complete asshole in the process.
Julian has come from nothing, living in the system his entire life, except for the love and family he received from his best-friends family. They even made the guy his own bedroom in their home. That is why he knew he has to stay away from her, he tried he really did. Knowing he wasn't the man he needed to be for her he left, all of them as he knew he couldn't be there and stay removed.
Autumn has worked had for her life. Her career as a publicist is skyrocketing because she is strong and doesn't back down.
