Book 2 of the Men of Hidden Justice Series and they just keep getting better. Looking for a dangerous alpha male to take charge and protect, a vulnerable heroine with the power to bring an alpha to his knees.

Marcus has found his stride as the boss since taking over for Matteo, making his team his own. Still with the same mission of finding justice for those wronged. Marcus has a few differences but the job is still the same. He finds peace in his cooking and gardening that he learnt from his family many years ago. Convinced this lonely life is his destiny. Instinct kicks in when he finds Missy at her worst.

Missy is found broken in so many ways, beaten, starving and left for dead. Unsure who to trust she takes a chance on Marcus to be true to his words. When healed enough and tells how she came to be in that room, she earns some respect from Marcus and his team. But will Marcus let her do what she is trained to do? Will he let her be part of the solution?

The suspense and the build up of catching the bad guys keep the pages turning, but the discovery of wants and desires that are foreign, a love forming that melts you heart in those pages. Are we going to see another Boss be taken from the Justice team?

I am loving this series and can't wait for the next book.
