This is book two of the Falling For Her Series and it was a wonderful addition. Full of humor and wit while navigating huge life changes.
Finley's life has been turned upside-down as she leaves home because her cheating husband won't take the hint and sign the divorce papers. He has been cheating on her with multiple people. He just wants her to sign over half her trust fund. She's not having any of it. Visiting a friend, she finds herself with a short term nanny job. She is not equip to say the least but she fakes her way through most of it.
Lincoln loves his son with everything he has in him. But work takes up a lot of his time and it isn't always a nine to five job. So when his ex takes off for a month for her honeymoon, he has not choice but to find some temporary help. The sassy spitfire that shows up has him convinced this is a bad idea, but for some reason he just can't turn her away.
What turns out as a little bit of a struggle at the beginning quickly moved to shared comfort. It is obvious to anyone that she cares for ASA and would never put him in harms way. Both Finley and Lincoln work hard to fight their attraction to one another for the sake of the work relationship.
When the time comes to an end, will Finley head back to her old life and not look back? Could it be that Lincoln doesn't want her to go at all? Grab your copy and see what comes of the short term nanny position.
