A beauitful start to a new series and a line of characters I can't wait to see more of. This book was a suspenseful second chance with a brothers best friend twist. Be ready to feel all the feels as Ms Michaels takes you on this adventure.

Brie wakes in the hospital with no memory of her life for the past three years. After that horrible night that took her big brother from her and she is the only eye witness. Feeling so lost without her brother but determined to remember so she can help get justice for him. As the flashes start to come, she feels more an more crazy with need to know. But the more time she spends with Spencer as he tries to help her remember, the more she is afraid of what she might remember, she is loving the closeness she feels with him.

Spencer returned home after his last assignment and had been their for his friends in any way he can. He has his secrets but he is not ready to share them with everyone just yet. When life goes crashing down around him with the loss of his best friend. He knows he has to do the unthinkable and pretend a little longer, praying she remembers them.... All he can do is stand by her side and try to help her remember. Try to help find the person who did this to her and not take things in his own hands.

I was drawn in from chapter one and couldn't put this book down. I am so excited to see where this series take us next. It would appear these best friends have been keeping more secrets from each other.
