Who doesn't love a first responder, romantic suspense novel. A little bit of action to get the blood pumping, a little spark to keep the intrigue and some emotional walls to break down. Add in the perspect of the thrid party just to make things a little more interesting.
While on a call Sam makes a spur of the moment decision putting Lucy between a rock and hard place. Follow the rules or... keep her teammates back in the fire. Repremanded for their blantent defiance of orders, they are benched and sent back for some retraining.
Will they use this time wisely? Will they follow their guts and find a way to look into the fire more? Will their time spent together spark to life something they have both been keeping hidden?
