Both Chase and Madison find themselves landed back in thier home towns after the life they had worked hard to build emploded right before their eyes. A place neither really thought they would be back to for any perminant length of time. Now Chase owns a home and is trying hard to get used to the single dad gig while helping his father at the hardware store. When Chase decides it's time to find the boys a nanny so he doesn't have to worry about them at the store, he is pushed towards Madison, who is looking for work while she gets her life back on track.
Madison's trust level is pretty low thanks to an ex that took her for everything she loved and thought they were building. But living with your parents again after all these years is just not cutting it. When Chase of all people apporaches her to look after his twins, she had reservations but it is a way to get out of that house.
As Chase and Madison spend more time together the walls slowly start falling down. The heat of their attraction begins to sizzle more and more. Will they cross the line of boss employee? Will Madison finally let him off the hook for the things he did as a kid? Could this turn into something so much more?
I am excited to see what happens next in the small town.
