This is book 2 of the New Bradford Series and it drew me in from the very first chapter. Witty banter, chemistry and relatable characters learning to navigate life while trying to leave the past in the past.
Gina is happy working with her dogs, whether it is trying to get Spanky to best in class or judging in the dog show world. Her family means everything to her but love and a man to share her life with are not high on her to do list.
Owen has achieved a new place for himself in the NHL. Determined to make a name for himself in hockey, to have enough to give his daughter Maddie everything in life. Struggling with guilt of the loss of his wife and living the life they planned.
