This was a great read. I always know, picking up a Cynthia Eden book, what I can expect. Deliciously smoldering sexy scenes, heart-stopping thrills and an inevitable dark moody Alpha male who loses his head over just one woman.

Saxon is ready to leave his dangerous life behind, when he is called in for one last favor. That favor lands him an innocent Elizabeth, who seems to have a target on her head. Except no one can quite figure out why. 

Their chemistry is immediate and incendiary and nothing seems to be able to douse the fire. Not even the questions that pop up about her past, or his for that matter. When danger turns out to live much closer to home than anticipated, Saxon is forced to place himself firmly between a dangerous world and Elizabeth. And there is no one she trusts more than him.

A fast moving novel, it really was impossible to put down. The story with its twists and turns highly engaging, even if the character development took place rather quickly. A hot flash in a relatively short time frame. But they say that extreme circumstances enhance emotional experiences. I'll buy that. 

Although part of an apparent series, all Cynthia's MINE books are basically standalone novels and can easily be read on their own. If you haven't already, and you're a fan of good sexy suspense stories, I would suggest you try Cynthia Eden's "MINE TO HAVE" on for size!!
