Wowza! Talk about kicking the series off with a jolt of chaos and heart racing fear while mapping out the dymanic of a MC and all it's wonderful characters. Grab your popcorn and sit back and enjoy. The author give us hard and heartbreak topics to sort though while adding in the right mixture of humor and a pinch of love.

Tink/Goldielocks/Maggie is the president of the Devil's Handmaidens MC local chapter, an all womans group that focus on helping those who can't help themselves. Stopping trafficing rings and working with survivors to get them back on their feet. Tink has her work cut out for her. This band of women know all to well what it is like to go to hell and back, Tink included. Not that many know her story completely but it is gruesome and gives her a true understanding of what their survivors are feeling. 

Ellington/L/Noodles is working on rebuilding his life after leaving the military life and has found some solice on the farm, working with his ex-military friends to help abandoned animals. Watching his buddy find love and home at this ranch as made  Noodles realize that he is still missing something. Maggie has caught his eye and life has taught him that there is not time for waiting, if you want something go get it. Will Maggie be willing to take that chance?

There's a personal level to the trouble that is raining down on the Devil's Handmaidens and it is pointed right at Tink. Growing up the princess of an MC herself, she is quick to call on her dad's MC for a helping hand. How can they keep getting through the walls and past all the security put in place. Will they track down who is behind all this chaos? Will their be a surpise waiting for them when they do?

I was completely sucked into this story as difficult as it was at points, not wanting to put it down until I know what was going on and why. I am impatiently waiting for more to come.
